中文摘要:生产设备采购在企业成本管理中有着重要的地位,采购数量的精确化对企业运营成本的高低有着重要影响。针对这一问题,将支持向量机理论引入到生产设备采购预测领域。支持向量机理论与其他预测理论相比较,具有小样本数据的特点,不需要依靠大周期、大样本数据。通过对生产设备采购需求量影响因素的分析,构建了采购需求量预测模型。实验证明,该算法模型能够有效的依靠小样本数据对生产设备采购需求量进行精准的预测。

Study on Enterprise Production Equipment Purchasing Prediction Model Based on SVM
Abstract:Production equipment procurement plays an important role in enterprise cost management, and the precision of the quantity of procurement has an important impact on the operation cost of the enterprise. To solve this problem, the support vector machine theory is introduced into the field of production equipment purchasing and forecasting. The theory of support vector machine (SVM) is compared with other prediction theories and has the characteristics of small sample data, and it does not need to rely on large period and large sample data. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of purchasing demand for production equipment, a prediction model of procurement demand is constructed. Experiments show that the algorithm model can effectively predict the procurement demand of production equipment with small sample data.
