中文摘要:介绍了国家电网公司95598呼叫中心服务模式、技术特点和组网架构,分析了目前95598呼叫中心集中部署方式的优势和面临的挑战。针对呼叫系统面临业务集中,存在性能短板和突发事件下业务量突增的压力隐患,设计了一种基于sip中继接入的95598呼叫平台压力测试方法,通过该方法测得不同负载模型下的95598呼叫中心平台性能指标。利用该方法对95598南基地呼叫中心进行了测评实例分析,为95598南基地呼叫中心性能瓶颈分析和升级改造提供有力支撑。

Research on Pressure Test Scheme of 95598 Call Center Base on Sip Trunk
Abstract:By introducing the service mode,technical characteristics and networking architecture of 95598 calling center in State Grid Corporation,the analysis of current advantages and challenges of deployment in a centralized way is well addressed. To provide guidance regarding performance short board and business pressure during sudden increase of service under emergency,a sip trunk-based pressure testing technique for 95598 calling platform is proposed in this paper. The corresponding performance indexes of 95598 calling platform with different load models can be obtained. The evaluation case of 95598 South Base calling center is built to valid the effectiveness of the method,and the results can provide strong support for the performance bottleneck analysis and reformation.
