中文摘要:针对我国的水环境问题,水质监测系统布线困难、非原位和成本高等问题,基于原位检测技术,设计了一种无线原位水质监测系统。该检测方法为无损检测,在水质取样后原位检测,使水质检测更加接近真实。该仪器体积小,可单人操作,水质参数通过无线设备直接联网,便于构建水质监测网络。该仪器采用S7-200PLC作为控制器,通过无线数据终端通信及PLC接收器实现PLC和触摸屏的远程连接。通过软硬件调试,能够远程实时操控并显示设备及测试状态,实现了无线原位水质监测的初衷。

Research on Wireless Water Quality Monitoring System Based on In Situ Detection Technology
Abstract:In view of the water environment problems in China,the difficulty of wiring,water quality monitoring system,ex situ and high cost,this paper designs a wireless in-situ water quality monitoring system based on in-situ detection technology. The detection method is non-destructive testing,and the in-situ detection after water sampling makes the water quality detection more realistic. The instrument is small in size and can be operated by a single person. The water quality parameters are directly connected to the wireless device to facilitate the construction of a water quality monitoring network. The instrument uses S7-200PLC as the controller to realize remote connection between PLC and touch screen through wireless data terminal communication and PLC receiver. Through software and hardware debugging,it is possible to remotely control and display the device and test status in real time,realizing the original intention of wireless in-situ water quality monitoring.
