中文摘要:为提高卷烟包装生产过程质量水平,需进行生产过程质量控制优化设计。提出了基于SPC技术的卷烟包装生产过程质量水平控制模型,进行了卷烟包装生产过程质量水平控制的博弈模型设计。采用质量约束和效益约束结合的方式进行卷烟包装生产过程质量水平的均衡调度模型设计,构建过程控制的统计特征量,采用SPC技术建立卷烟包装生产过程质量水平的控制目标函数,利用约束进化方法优化控制目标函数,使用自适应宏观决策调度方法实现卷烟包装生产过程质量控制优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行卷烟包装生产过程质量水平控制的误差收敛性较为稳定,控制误差较低,提高了卷烟包装生产过程质量水平和效益。

Research on Improving the Quality Level of CigarettePackaging Production Process Using SPC Technology
Abstract:In order to improve the quality level of cigarette packaging production process,it is necessary to optimize the quality control of production process. A quality level control model of cigarette packaging production process based on SPC technology is proposed,and a game model of quality level control of cigarette packaging production process is designed. A balanced scheduling model of quality level in cigarette packaging production process is designed by combining quality and benefit constraints. Statistical characteristics of process control are constructed. The control objective function of quality level in cigarette packaging production process is established by SPC technology. The control objective function is optimized by constrained evolution method,and the cigarette packaging is realized by adaptive macro decision-making scheduling method. Quality control optimization of production process. The simulation results show that the error convergence of the method is stable and the control error is low. The quality level and benefit of cigarette packaging production process were improved.
