中文摘要:针对两个级联多电平逆变器(CMI)的无变压器中的统一潮流控制器(UPFC),提出了一种适用于两个互联同步交流电网间的潮流控制,可实现无变压器UPFC对无功功率和有功功率的独立控制。还研究了不同潮流控制方案的半导体器件额定功率(SDPR)。研究结果表明,与基于模块化多电平变换器(MMLC)的背靠背高压直流输电(HVDC)系统相比,基于级联多电平逆变器的无变压器UPFC具有更低的SDPR,表明采用无变压器UPFC控制潮流可显著节约成本,基于13.8 kV/2MVA无变压器UPFC样机的实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

UPFC Power Flow Control for Low Loss Distribution Network
Abstract:Aiming at the unified power flow controller (UPFC) of two cascaded multi-level inverters (CMI) without transformers,a power flow control method suitable for two interconnected synchronous ac power grids is proposed,which can realize the independent control of reactive power and active power of the transformer free UPFC. In addition,the rated power of semiconductor devices with different power flow control schemes (SDPR) is studied. Based on the research results show that with the modular multilevel converter (MMLC) than back-to-back high-voltage direct current transmission (HVDC) system,based on cascaded multilevel inverter without transformer UPFC has lower SDPR,this suggests that the tide of UPFC control without transformer can significant cost savings,based on a 13.8 kV / 2 MVA transformer free of UPFC prototype experimental results validate the correctness of theoretical analysis.
