中文摘要:二次压板在变电站系统中作为继电保护及其安全自动装置,保证其正常运行对变电站及电网系统具有重要的价值。为了提高变电站二次防误系统工作中压板操作的正确性,结合目前变电站工作的实际情况,分析了智能变电站防误系统的现状和不足之处,并设计出一种新型的防误系统。设计的防误系统通过双备份实现了变电站二次防误系统的不间断运行。在防误计算时,通过BP神经网络模型寻求各种压板防误逻辑规则的最优解,提高了防误逻辑规则选择对象的精确性,突出了本技术方案设计的优点。本系统通过CAN总线通讯的方式实现了系统通讯的快速性和可靠性,解决了系统内通信通讯效率低,故障率高,可靠性低的问题。

Design and Research of a Secondary Error Prevention System for Substation
Abstract:The secondary pressure plate is used as a relay protection and its safety automatic device in the substation system to ensure its normal operation is of great value to the substation and the power grid system. In order to improve the correctness of the pressure plate operation in the secondary error prevention system of the substation,this paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the intelligent substation error prevention system based on the actual situation of the substation work,and designs a new type of error prevention system. The anti-error system designed realizes the uninterrupted operation of the secondary anti-error system of the substation through double backup. In the anti-error calculation,the BP neural network model is used to find the optimal solution of various anti-error logic rules of the pressure plate,which improves the anti-error. The logic rules select the accuracy of the object,the advantages of the technical design are highlighted. The system realizes the rapidity and reliability of system communication through CAN bus communication,and solves the problem of low communication efficiency,high failure rate and low reliability in the system.
