中文摘要:分布式电源输出功率具有的波动性特征增加了三相不平衡配电网无功优化的复杂程度。针对分布式电源接入后三相不平衡配电网无功优化变的更加困难的问题,在对分布式光伏和分布式风电输出功率特征分析的基础上,建立了计及分布式电源接入的三相不平衡配电网无功优化模型,模型的求解则采用提出的改进退火蚁群法。通过与其它方法在建立的含分布式电源IEEE33节点三相配电网系统的无功优化对比分析,验证了本优化模型及求解方法的具有的优势。本优化模型及方法可为含分布式电源的三相不平衡配电网无功优化提供有效的技术指导。

Research on Reactive Power Optimization of Three-phase UnbalancedDistribution Network With Access of Distributed Power Supply
Abstract:The fluctuating characteristics of the output power of distributed power supply increase the complexity of reactive power optimization of three-phase unbalanced distribution network,to solve the harderproblem of reactive power optimization of unbalanced three-phase distribution network after distributed power supply is connected, based on the analysis of distributed photovoltaic and distributed wind power output characteristics, a reactive power optimization model of three-phase unbalanced distribution network with access of distributed power supply is established,and the improved annealing ant colony method is used to solve the optimization model, through the reactive power optimization is compartion with other methods in the three-phase distribution system with distributed power supply IEEE33 nodes, the superiority of the optimization model and solution method are verified. The model and method in this papercan provide effective theoretical reference and technical guidance for reactive power optimization of three-phase unbalanced distribution network with distributed power supply.
