中文摘要:为了提高用户评估电动汽车的利用效率,节省用户成本,提出了风车协同参与机组组合方法。通过构建出电动汽车可调度充电数据模型以及电动汽车可调度充电和放电数据模型,从整体上把握电动汽车运行过程中的容量范围,并且还能够及时、有效地评价电动汽车的风电功率、放电功率以及充电功率等。从而设计出不同汽车类型、不同容量的发电机组的启停机规划,实现用户的最大化利益。通过算例分析,在PEV电网应用环境下进行仿真试验,考虑了不同类型的电动汽车的出行特征,分析出各种不同类型的电动汽车出行数据,并测量、计算出不同时段的汽车输出功率,最终分析出汽车运行的最小成本,通过多次运算,整体误差较小。

Windmill Cooperative Participation Unit Combination Method for Dispatchable Capability of Electric Vehicle
Abstract:In order to improve the user's evaluation of the utilization efficiency of electric vehicles and save the cost of users,a windmill cooperative participation unit combination method was proposed. By constructing an electric vehicle schedulable charging data model and an electric vehicle schedulable charging and discharging data model,the overall capacity range of the electric vehicle during operation can be grasped,and the wind power,Discharge power and charging power,etc.,and then design the start and stop planning of generator sets of different car types and different capacities,so as to achieve the maximum benefits for users. Through the analysis of examples,the simulation test is performed in the PEV grid application environment,considering the travel characteristics of different types of electric vehicles,analyzing the travel data of various types of electric vehicles,and measuring and calculating the output power of the vehicle at different periods. Finally,the minimum cost of automobile operation is analyzed. Through multiple calculations,the overall error is small.
