中文摘要:智能电网可利用需求侧资源为能源系统提供灵活性从而提高其效率。提出了一种分布式多能源发电(DMG)系统的运维和规划优化方法,旨在评估长期不确定性下运行和投资阶段的灵活性,并将其转化为随机混合整数线性规划。该方法综合了锅炉、热电联产、电动热泵和热能储存四者之间的能源供给关系,通过区域能源系统的DMG案例研究表明,与其他规划方法相比,所提方法可以降低预期成本和风险,从而潜在地增强了DMG系统的实用性。

Extension Planning of Flexible Distributed Multi-Energy Generation System Under Uncertainty
Abstract:Smart grid can use demand-side resources to provide flexibility for energy systems,thereby improving their efficiency. An optimization method of operation and maintenance planning for distributed multi-energy generation (DMG) systems is proposed to evaluate the flexibility of operation and investment phases under long-term uncertainties and convert it into stochastic mixed integer linear programming. This method synthesizes the energy supply relationship among boiler,cogeneration,electric heat pump and thermal energy storage. The DMG case study of regional energy system shows that compared with other planning methods,the proposed method can reduce the expected cost and risk,thus potentially enhancing the practicability of DMG system.
