中文摘要:为了解决使用外电压引基准信号进行各电压等级分布的合并单元的二次信号相位测试难题,设计了新型的相位测试装置。在500 kV变电站的现场应用、电流互感器二次电流2 mA条件下,该装置能够准确地对变比、极性和相位进行准确测量。在变压器差动回路检查时(即在六角图测试时),由于变压器短路阻抗较高,在保护装置的显示屏幕上无法准确读取二次电流数据时,能够使用该装置完成对二次接线的核查。有效地避免了带负荷校验保护和计量回路极性错误,具有智能化、操作简便化等特点,能够同时满足常规变电站、智能变电站的测试需求,为下一步智能变电站的研究奠定技术基础。

Development of Secondary Signal Wireless Phase Test Device for Intelligent Substation Merging Unit
Abstract:In order to solve the secondary signal phase test problem of the merging unit of each voltage level distribution using the external voltage reference signal,a new phase test device is designed. The device can accurately measure the ratio,polarity and phase accurately in the field application of the 500 kV substation and the secondary current of the current transformer of 2 mA. The device accurately measures the ratio,polarity and phase accurately. When the transformer differential circuit is checked (that is,during the hexagonal test),because the transformer short-circuit impedance is high,when the secondary current data cannot be accurately read on the display screen of the protection device,the device can be used to complete the secondary wiring verification,which effectively avoids the load calibration protection and the polarity of the measurement loop. It is intelligent and easy to operate. It can meet the test requirements of conventional substation and intelligent substation at the same time,which lay the technical foundation for the next step of research on intelligent substation.
