中文摘要:为了有效监测煤体内应力变化情况,解决现有机械式围岩应力计无法实时监测上传、电阻应变式围岩应力计因自身被动受力的结构设计长期不能真实反映围岩应力的变化情况的安全隐患问题,设计了一种采用主动承压式结构和压电电阻检测原理的围岩应力计。详细介绍了降压转换电路、遥控接收电路、油囊组件及元件信号处理电路、数码管显示电路、报警电路、RS485通讯接口电路六部分硬件电路方案,各部分电路关键元器件选型,以及应力计的软件流程。实验室测试结果表明,应力计具有功耗低、检测精度高的特点。

Design and Test of Stress Meter for Mine Surrounding Rock
Abstract:In order to effectively monitor the change of the stress in the coal body, solve the problem that the existing mechanical stress meter can't real-time monitor the upload and the resistance strain type stress sensor can't truly reflect the change of the stress in the surrounding rock for a long time because of the structure design of its own passive stress, and design a kind of active pressure type structure and piezoelectric resistance detection principle of the stress meter in the surrounding rock. This paper introduces in detail six parts of hardware circuit scheme, including step-down conversion circuit, remote control receiving circuit, oil bag component and component signal processing circuit, nixie tube display circuit, alarm circuit, RS485 communication interface circuit, the selection of key components of each part of the circuit, and the software flow of the stress meter. The experimental results show that the stress meter has the characteristics of low power consumption and high detection accuracy.
