中文摘要:以提高液压油的清洁程度为目标,设计了一种智能电磁吸附式液压油净化装置。首先,以电磁平板、电磁换向阀、压力继电器、传感器为硬件核心,完成了智能净化装置的结构设计。其次,利用传感器对净化装置两端压力进行自动实时检测,并将得到的压力值与设定的压力阀值进行比较,控制压力继电器、电磁换向阀的工作状态,实现对智能净化装置的进一步控制。最后,利用FLuidSIM搭建了智能净化装置的工作原理模型,并以此为基础利用AMESim搭建了智能净化装置的仿真模型,通过对仿真模型运行结果的分析,证实所设计的智能净化装置可靠有效。

Design of Filter Device for Electromagnetic Adsorption Intelligent Hydraulic System
Abstract:In order to improve the cleaning degree of hydraulic oil, an intelligent electromagnetic adsorption hydraulic oil cleaning device was studied and designed. Firstly, the structure design of the intelligent purification device is completed with the electromagnetic plate, electromagnetic directional valve, pressure relay and sensor as the hardware core. Secondly, sensors are used to detect the pressure at both ends of the purification device automatically in real time, and the obtained pressure deviation value is compared with the set pressure threshold value to control the working state of pressure relay and electromagnetic directional valve, so as to further control the intelligent purification device. Finally, FLuidSIM was used to build the working principle model of the intelligent purification device, and on this basis, AMESim was used to build the simulation model of the intelligent purification device. By analyzing the operation results of the simulation model, the reliability and effectiveness of the designed intelligent purification device were verified.
