中文摘要:目前我国大多数煤矿企业仍然是设备类型多样,多种网络协议控制共存的情况,难以实现集中及远程监管,系统的运行和维护管理仍是传统人工操作,发现问题、诊断分析、及故障处理效率比较低。基于WINCC软件,综合运用以太网技术和OPC等多种接口互联技术对某煤矿企业生产系统进行改造,将多种不同系统集中在以太网平台上,通过Web Navigator提供的网络发布功能,实现了企业远程监控诊断与智能运维,通过实际运行发现系统稳定可靠,实时性和网络刷新率及故障处理速度明显提高。

Reform Design of Coal Mine Remote Operation and Maintenance System Based on Multiple Interface Interconnection Technology
Abstract:At present, most coal mining enterprises are still in a variety of equipment types, and multiple network protocols control coexistence. It is difficult to achieve centralized and remote supervision. The operation and maintenance management of the system is still a traditional manual operation. Problem discovery, diagnostic analysis, and troubleshooting efficiency It is relatively low. Based on WINCC software, this article comprehensively uses a variety of interface interconnection technologies such as Ethernet technology and OPC to transform the production system of a coal mine enterprise, concentrates a variety of different systems on the Ethernet platform, and provides network publishing functions through the Web Navigator , Realized remote monitoring and diagnosis and intelligent operation and maintenance of the enterprise. Through actual operation, the system was found to be stable and reliable, and the real-time performance, network refresh rate and fault processing speed were significantly improved.
