中文摘要:在飞机维护工作中,广泛应用的交互式电子技术手册查询是依靠关键字或目录的方式。针对交互式电子技术手册查询对机务人员要求较高、效率较低等问题,提出了一种基于形状特征的飞机零部件图像检索方法。首先对待检索飞机零部件图像进行预处理,提取目标的形状轮廓特征,计算零部件轮廓的矩不变量;其次通过欧式距离进行待检索图像与数据样本集的特征向量大小比较,再利用支持向量机的相关反馈算法进一步提升检索效果;最后用计算机自动检索待检索零部件的图像及相关信息。实验结果表明,该方法相比于传统方法能够让初识者熟练完成机务人员的工作,且具有较高的检索速度和检索精度,可实现快速查询飞机零部件相关信息,提高机务维护工作效率。

Research on Aircraft Parts Query System Based on Image Retrieval
Abstract:In aircraft maintenance work, the widely used interactive electronic technical manual query is based on keywords or catalogs. Aiming at the problems of high requirement for maintenance personnel and low efficiency of interactive electronic technical manual query, an aircraft parts image retrieval method based on shape feature is proposed. Firstly, the image to be retrieved of the aircraft parts is preprocessed, the shape and contour features of the target are extracted, and the moment invariants of the contour of the parts are calculated. Secondly, the feature vector size of the the image to be retrieved and the data sample set is compared by Euclidean distance, and the relevance feedback algorithm of the support vector machine is used to further improve the retrieval effect. Finally, the computer automatically retrieves the images and related information of the parts to be retrieved. The experimental results show that compared with traditional methods, this method can enable first-timers to skillfully complete the work of maintenance personnel, and has higher retrieval speed and retrieval accuracy. It can quickly query information about aircraft parts and improve the efficiency of maintenance work.
