中文摘要:随着风力发电的快速发展,电网中风电场并网的数量及规模越来越大,但风电场功率的波动特性会给电网的电压质量及无功控制造成很大的不利影响。为保证风电并网后的电压质量在合格范围内,在对风电机组有功出力特性及无功调节特性分析的基础上,提出了一种新的风电场无功主动分层控制策略。第一层根据负荷预测和风电功率预测获得下一时段的无功功率调整量,第二层则将风电场群需要承担的无功调整量分摊给各个风电机组,通过风电场无功控制实例的仿真对比分析对该无功控制策略的优越性进行了验证。

Research on Active Reactive Power Control Strategy of Wind Farm Considering the Voltage Quality
Abstract:With the rapid development of wind power, the number and capacity of wind farms connected to the grid are increasing, but the fluctuation characteristics of wind farm power will have a great adverse effect on the voltage quality and reactive power control of the power grid. To ensure that the voltage quality after wind power grid connection is within the qualified range, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of active power output and reactive power regulation of wind turbine, presents a new active hierarchical control strategy for wind farm reactive power, the first layer obtains the reactive power adjustment of the next period according to the load forecast and wind power forecast, the second layer allocates the reactive power adjustment that the wind farm group needs to undertake to each wind turbine, and the superiority of the reactive power control strategy is verified by the simulation comparison and analysis of a wind farm reactive power control example.
