中文摘要:光伏发电的快速发展及其在配电网的大规模并网给配电网的运行带来了重大的影响。为保证大规模光伏并网后的配电网电压在规定的范围内,在分析光伏有功出力和无功调节特性的基础上,本文提出了一种配电网电压主动调控策略,根据系统负荷预测和光伏出力预测获取下一时段所需的无功功率调整量,以常规无功补偿装置为优先、光伏逆变器无功调整为辅,各光伏无功调整量的分配采取经济性最优的方式。建立含光伏并网的配电网电压仿真计算实例,通过与其他电压调控策略的对比分析验证了本文策略的有效性和优越性。

Research on Voltage Regulation Strategy of Distribution Network With Large-scale Photovoltaic Participation
Abstract:The rapid development of photovoltaic power generation and its large-scale connection to the distribution network have brought a significant impact on the operation of the distribution network. In order to ensure that the voltage of the distribution network after large-scale photovoltaic grid-connection is within the specified range, based on the analysis of photovoltaic active power output and reactive power regulation characteristics, this paper proposes an active voltage regulation strategy of distribution network, according to the system load forecast and photovoltaic output forecast, the adjustment amount of reactive power needed in the next period is obtained, with the conventional reactive power compensation device as the priority and the photovoltaic inverter reactive power adjustment as the secondary, the allocation of the photovoltaic reactive power adjustment shall be carried out in an economical and optimal way. The voltage simulation calculation example of distribution network with photovoltaic grid-connection is established, compared with other voltage control strategies, the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed strategy are verified.
