中文摘要:面对政务用图编辑需求,传统的图层要素叠盖关系处理方法吞吐量较小,对于不同源的数据信息,在处理图层要素时实用性比较差。为此,提出面向政务用图编辑的图层要素叠盖关系智能处理方法。基于国家基础地理信息数据和政务用图编制平台,规划政务地理信息资源,设计与地理信息资源管理数据库相对应的功能,在数据库的支持下,利用三原色原理和分色技术对地理图像分层,采用并行算法优化图层要素叠盖关系。实验结果表明:该方法数据传输时间短,传输数据量大,首屏响应时间少,该方法的实用性得到了加强。

Intelligent Processing of Layer Element Overlay Relationships for Government Use Map Editing
Abstract:In the face of the needs of government map editing, the throughput of the traditional overlay processing method of layer elements is small, and the practicability of processing layer elements is poor for different sources of data information. For this reason, an intelligent processing method of overlay relationship of layer elements for government map editing is proposed. Based on the national basic geographic information data and government map compilation platform, the government geographic information resources are planned, and the corresponding functions of the geographic information resources management database are designed. With the support of the database, the geographic images are layered by using the principle of three primary colors and color separation technology, and the parallel algorithm is used to optimize the overlay relationship of layer elements. The experimental results show that the method has the advantages of short data transmission time, large amount of data transmission and less first screen response time.
