中文摘要:在已经存在的多元均匀加权移动平均(Multivariate Homogeneously Weighted Moving Average,MHWMA)控制图的基础上,提出了一种用于监控过程均值的双多元均匀加权移动平均( Double Multivariate Homogeneously Weighted Moving Average ,DMHWMA)控制图。并且与现有的控制图一样,DMHWMA控制图的平均运行长度只与偏移系数有关。通过蒙特卡罗模拟实验,比较了在不同程度的过程均值偏移下DMHWMA控制图与MHWMA控制图、多元指数加权移动平均(Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average ,MEWMA)控制图、多元累积和(Multivariate Cumulation Sum , MCUSUM)控制图的平均运行长度特性。结论表明,不论过程均值发生多大程度的偏移,DMHWMA控制图的对过程均值变化的监控敏感度都明显优于其他控制图。并且通过一个实例数据验证了上述模拟实验结论的正确性。

Double Multivariate Homogeneously Weighted Moving Average Control Chart for Monitoring Process Mean
Abstract:Based on the existing multivariate homogeneously weighted moving average(MHWMA) control chart, a double multivariate homogeneously weighted moving average (DMHWMA) control chart for monitoring process average is proposed. Like the existing control charts, the average run length of the DMHWMA control chart is only related to the offset coefficient. Through Monte Carlo simulation experiments, the average run length characteristics of DMHWMA control charts and MHWMA, MEWMA, MCUSUM control charts under different degrees of deviation of the control charts are compared. The conclusion shows that no matter how much the process mean is shifted, the monitoring sensitivity of the DMHWMA control chart to the change of the process mean is significantly better than other control charts. And through a real data to verify the conclusion of the above simulation experiment.
