中文摘要:针对传统电气监控管理系统信息管理能力差的问题,提出了新型的能源站智能电气监控管理方法。该方法建立在DL/T 860(IEC 61850)标准规范的基础上,采用微机应用交流采样算法对能源站电气设备运行数据进行处理,并将该算法进行系统集成优化设计,构建出全智能自动化的电气监控管理系统。本研究系统加强了各监控设备的联系,系统误差数据低。实验表明,本研究系统的监测数据误差低于10%,解决了传统电气监控误差较大的问题。

Intelligent Electrical Monitoring and Management Method for Energy Station Based on IEC 61850
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of poor information management capabilities of traditional electrical monitoring and management systems, a new intelligent electrical monitoring and management method for energy stations is proposed. This method is based on the DL/T 860 (IEC 61850) standard and uses a microcomputer to apply AC sampling algorithms to energy stations. The electrical equipment operating data is processed, and the algorithm is optimized for system integration to construct a fully intelligent and automated electrical monitoring and management system. The system of this study strengthens the connection of various monitoring equipment, and the system error data is low. Experiments show that the monitoring data error of this research system is less than 10%, which solves the problem of large errors in traditional electrical monitoring.
