中文摘要:针对传统柱上开关监测与故障诊断技术存在硬件设备不够完善、监测时间长、监测精度低的问题,采用储存电能电动机状态监测装置和多分类柱上开关状态故障诊断算法模型对现有方法进行了改良。构建出了具有数据采集模块、数据传输模块、数据计算模块、用户服务模块的柱上开关状态监测系统。对于所收集到的柱上开关状态监测数据进行深入的分析与计算,从而实现完善的监测硬件设备,较短的监测时间以及很高的监测精度。通过实验表明,本设计最低监测精度可达95%,在小数据量数据包最快所需监测时间只要10s。

Research on Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis Technology of Column Switch
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of imperfect hardware equipment, long monitoring time and low monitoring accuracy in the traditional column switch monitoring and fault diagnosis technology, the existing methods are improved by using the state monitoring device of stored electric energy motor and the multi classification column switch state fault diagnosis algorithm model, and the existing methods are constructed with data acquisition module, data transmission module, data calculation module Column switch status monitoring system of user service module. Carry out in-depth analysis and calculation on the collected monitoring data of on column switch status, so as to realize perfect monitoring hardware equipment, short monitoring time and high monitoring accuracy. Experiments show that the minimum monitoring accuracy of this design can reach 95%, and the fastest monitoring time in small data packets is only 10s.
