中文摘要:为了提高110 kV变电站设备温度云图分辨率,精准判断设备内部超温位置,研究了基于小波域CHMT模型的110 kV变电站设备超温红外预警方法。以CHMT模型作为变电站设备图像小波域的先验知识,将变电站设备超分辨率图像重建问题转换为最优代价函数最小化问题,经共轭梯度法求解后,结合小波变换获取变电站设备超分辨率图像重建结果;通过红外热成像取得110 kV变电站设备超分辨率重建图像表面温度场分布状况,获取变电站设备表面温度云图;结合红外热成像非破坏性检测机理,通过ANSYS软件,确定110 kV变电站设备内部缺陷位置。实验结果表明:该方法可有效测量变电站设备温度,检测变电站设备不同时刻的温度场和热流场,发出110 kV变电站设备超温红外预警,并且可以准确判断该设备内部缺陷位置。

Infrared Early Warning Method of 110 kV Substation Equipment Overtemperature Based on Wavelet Domain CHMT Model
Abstract:In order to improve the resolution of temperature nephogram of 110 kV substation equipment and accurately judge the internal overtemperature position of equipment, the infrared early warning method of 110 kV substation equipment over temperature based on wavelet domain CHMT model is studied. The CHMT model is used as the prior knowledge in the wavelet domain of substation equipment image, and the substation equipment super-resolution image reconstruction problem is transformed into the optimal cost function minimization problem. After being solved by the conjugate gradient method, the substation equipment super-resolution image reconstruction results are obtained by combining the wavelet transform; through infrared thermal imaging, the super-resolution reconstruction image of 110 kV substation equipment surface temperature field distribution is obtained, and the substation equipment surface temperature cloud map is obtained; combined with the non-destructive detection mechanism of infrared thermal imaging, the internal defect location of 110 kV substation equipment is determined through ANSYS software. The experimental results show that this method can effectively measure the temperature of substation equipment and detect the temperature field and heat flow field of substation equipment at different times. It is an infrared warning for 110 kV substation equipment overtemperature, and can accurately determine the location of internal defects of the equipment.
