中文摘要:长期以来,垃圾处理往往伴随着巨大的资源浪费和环境污染,尽管我国已经出台相关垃圾分类政策,但由于人工分类成本高、分类效率低下等一系列问题,该类政策难以大规模推行。据此,提出了一种以单片机(single chiped microcomputer,SCM)为基础,围绕Jetson Nano为核心设计的生活垃圾智能分类桶。其图像识别基于深度学习设计,通过上位机和摄像头判断投入垃圾桶的垃圾类型,将分析得到的数据传递给下位机;下位机通过控制二维云台进行垃圾分类投放;采用红外测距模块进行满载检测,并在APP界面内进行满溢警报,从而完成了类型识别、分类投放、满溢检测、满载报警的完整过程,实现了生活垃圾自动分类。该装置经实测工作稳定,并有内置的学习函数保障其续航能力,具有很强的实用性。

A Kind of Intelligent Classified Garbage Bin Based on Jetson Nano Deep Learning
Abstract:The traditional methods of disposing garbage have long been accused of wasting resources and posing hazards to our environment. Although Chinese government has published relevant policies to propel garbage sorting, owing to a series of problems including high labor cost and low efficiency, it is problematic to implement the policy in a large scale.For this, a new kind of intelligent garbage sorting device taking single chiped microcomputer(SCM) as foundation, Jetson Nano as core is proposed. The design of its image identification is based on deep learning, which realized determining the type of garbage through using the principal computer and camera and transmitting the data to the slave computer. The garbage sorting progress is commenced by the slave computer through controlling two-dimensional pan-tilt. Infrared ranging module is adopted to monitor the load of bins and alert within the APP interface, achieving the comprehensive progress of type identification, garbage sorting, load testing and alarming. The device’s stability of working has been validified through practice, at the same time, its longevity and practicability are guaranteed by its built-in learning function.
