中文摘要:针对高速数据传输稳定性较低、多源数据传输过程非线性干扰较大的问题,设计了基于红外通信技术与适配器的高速数据采集系统。使用系统高速数据采集层的多个高速适配器,完成各待采对象的高速信号数据采集,将其通过通信层的通信接口上传到红外通信模块,利用该模块将所得信号数据复原成真实数据后并传送到服务层,该层的多源数据融合模块运用主成分分析方法,融合接收到的全部数据,同时采用展示层的液晶显示模块,呈现完整的高速数据采集结果。实验结果表明:该系统在不同信号数据长度下,均能以较高采样速率完成不同类型数据的精确采集;该系统能保证各通信信道在不同通信距离下的高速数据传输稳定性,且所得高速数据融合结果能清晰、完整地呈现全部高速数据采集结果。

Design of High-Speed Data Acquisition System Based on Infrared Communication Technology and Adapter
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low stability of high-speed data transmission and large nonlinear interference in the process of multi-source data transmission, a high-speed data acquisition system based on infrared communication technology and adapter is designed. Use multiple high-speed adapters of the system's high-speed data acquisition layer to complete the high-speed signal data acquisition of each object to be acquired, upload it to the infrared communication module through the communication interface of the communication layer, and use the module to restore the obtained signal data into real data and transmit it to the service layer. The multi-source data fusion module of this layer uses the principal component analysis method to fuse all the received data, and uses the liquid crystal display module of the display layer, Present complete high-speed data acquisition results. The experimental results show that the system can accurately collect different types of data at a higher sampling rate under different signal data lengths; The system can ensure the high-speed data transmission stability of each communication channel at different communication distances, and the high-speed data fusion results can clearly and completely present all the high-speed data acquisition results.
