中文摘要:为了提升模拟电路故障检测效果,精准定位确定电路故障区域,设计了适配器匹配下的大规模模拟电路故障红外图像检测系统。通过三维精密电动平台,确定大规模模拟电路的红外成像范围;通过定位标志刻画电路红外图像边缘;利用适配器统一匹配待测电路输入输出接口信号;通过三维精密电动平台、定位标志与适配器,共同控制热像仪,扫描待测电路,获取电路红外图像;利用图像存储卡存储扫描获取的电路红外图像;通过红外图像预处理模块,滤波处理红外图像;大规模模拟电路故障诊断模块利用互信息配准法,配准图像存储卡内的电路红外图像,通过差分检测法初步确定电路故障区域,利用热序列检测法精准检测电路故障元件;利用互联网络实现整个系统的通信。实验证明:该系统可有效采集并预处理电路红外图像,提升红外图像清晰度;该系统可有效初步确定电路故障区域,精准诊断电路故障元件。

Design of Infrared Image Detection System for Large-scale Analog Circuit Faults Based on Adaptor Matching
Abstract:In order to improve the effect of analog circuit fault detection, accurately locate and determine the circuit fault area, a large-scale analog circuit fault infrared image detection system with adapter matching is designed. The infrared imaging range of large-scale analog circuit is determined through the three-dimensional precision electric platform; The infrared image edge of the circuit is depicted by positioning marks; use the adapter to uniformly match the input and output interface signals of the circuit under test. Through the three-dimensional precision electric platform, positioning mark and adapter, the thermal imager is jointly controlled to scan the circuit to be tested and obtain the infrared image of the circuit; using the image memory card to store the infrared image of the circuit obtained by scanning; Through the infrared image preprocessing module, filter and process the infrared image, the large-scale analog circuit fault diagnosis module uses the mutual information registration method to register the circuit infrared image in the image memory card, preliminarily determines the circuit fault area through the differential detection method, and uses the thermal sequence detection method to accurately detect the circuit fault components. The communication of the whole system is realized by using the Internet. Experiments show that the system can effectively collect and preprocess the infrared image of the circuit and improve the definition of the infrared image. The system can effectively determine the circuit fault area and accurately diagnose the circuit fault components.
