Abstract:With the goal of reducing the delay of substation communication network, this paper designs a low delay control method based on time sensitive networks. Firstly, in the station control layer and process layer of the substation communication network, time sensitive network switches are used to construct time sensitive subnetworks, and different switch terminals are identified as multiple linear parameter models. Then, fuzzy control method is used to control the synchronization clock error of the switch, and fuzzy rule antecedents for low latency control are determined based on fuzzy C-means clustering method. Fuzzy rule antecedents are obtained through parameter identification of time sensitive networks. Finally, based on the pre and post components of fuzzy control, combined with fuzzy control and generalized predictive control, feedback correction of time sensitive network delay is achieved. The experimental results show that after using this method to control the delay of the substation communication network, the maximum delay of network communication is controlled within 100 μs, and the maximum delay jitter is controlled within 20 μs, indicating that this method effectively achieves the design expectations. |
