中文摘要:为改善高比例新能源接入配电网后产生的弃风弃光现象,设计了一种基于功率平衡模型的高比例新能源接入配电网电压波动耦合抑制方法。通过LSTM网络与高比例新能源接入配电网的历史数据实现风电与光伏的参数预测。构建高比例新能源接入配电网的功率平衡优化模型,平衡风电与光伏参数预测下的配电网功率。控制静止同步补偿器的驱动脉冲,实现电压波动耦合抑制。测试结果表明,在两相负荷不平衡的情况下,该方法在0.02 s内迅速实现了电压的稳定;在光伏输出波动且两相负载不平衡的情况下,该方法在0.05 s内实现了电压的稳定。

Coupling Suppression of Voltage Fluctuation in Distribution Network With High Proportion of New Energy Based on Power Balance Model
Abstract:To improve the phenomenon of wind and light abandonment caused by the high proportion of new energy connected to the distribution network, a coupling suppression method for voltage fluctuations in the high proportion of new energy connected to the distribution network based on a power balance model is designed. Realize parameter prediction of wind power and photovoltaic through LSTM network and historical data of high proportion new energy integration into the distribution network. Build a power balance optimization model for high proportion new energy integration into the distribution network, balancing the power of the distribution network under the prediction of wind and photovoltaic parameters. Control the driving pulse of the static synchronous compensator to achieve voltage fluctuation coupling suppression. The test results show that in the case of imbalanced two-phase loads, this method quickly achieves voltage stability within 0.02 s; In the case of fluctuating photovoltaic output and imbalanced two-phase loads, this method achieved voltage stability within 0.05 s.
