中文摘要:3D打印技术已经成为最具颠覆性的技术之一,为解决现有3D打印建造模式中依旧存在无法持续供料的问题,提出了一种新型的机器人3D打印加工系统。借助硬件装配和软件设计实现了系统的自动化、稳定和协同工作。同时,通过对机器人3D打印加工系统的控制对陶土实体进行了打印。结果表明,陶土实体打印误差控制在2%以内,验证了其在实际工程中的应用价值。最后设计和搭建了基于数字孪生技术的3D打印数字工厂,引入了数字孪生技术实现了实时监控和控制功能,完善了设计和建造一体化。

Research on the 3D Clay Printing Technology Based on Robotic Arm and Construction of Digital Twin Factory
Abstract:3D printing technology has become one of the most disruptive technologies. To address the persistent issue of unsustainable feeding in current 3D printing construction methods, a novel robotic 3D printing processing system has been proposed. Through hardware assembly and software design, the system’s automation, stability, and collaborative work have been achieved. Simultaneously, control over the robotic 3D printing processing system was applied to print ceramic entities. The results indicate that the printing error of ceramic entities is controlled within 2%, validating its practical engineering application. Finally, a 3D printing digital factory based on digital twin technology was designed and established, introducing real-time monitoring and control function through digital twin technology, thereby enhancing integration between design and construction.
