中文摘要:在当前个性化和定制化制造需求以及频繁变动的市场环境中,传统制造系统由于高昂投资、漫长规划周期和低灵活性已无法满足现代生产需求。可重构制造系统(Reconfigurable Manufacturing System, RMS)凭借独特可重构特性,能快速调整生产功能和能力,以敏捷响应市场需求变化,推出适应制造需求的产品。然而,系统设备布局规划一直是RMS研究的关键技术。本文在现有设备资源条件下采用对称配置方法,通过系统循环平衡条件筛选不合理配置。应用模糊综合评判法,在多方面要素基础上优化配置,得出可行最优系统设备布局规划。提出的优化配置方法为解决制造系统布局规划问题提供了参考方案。结果表明,所提出方法在有效利用制造资源前提下,使制造系统能快速响应需求变化。

Research on Symmetrical Optimization Configuration Method for Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems
Abstract:In the current context of personalized and customized manufacturing demands, along with the ever changing market environment, traditional manufacturing systems fall short due to their high investment costs, lengthy planning cycles, and limited flexibility. Reconfigurable manufacturing systems (RMS), with their unique reconfigurable characteristics, can swiftly adjust production functions and capabilities to respond agilely to market demand changes, introducing products that meet manufacturing needs. However, the layout planning of system equipment has always been a crucial aspect of RMS research. This paper, under the condition of existing equipment resources, employs a symmetric configuration method to provide layout schemes. Through the application of the cyclic balance condition within the system, impractical configurations are filtered out. Utilizing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and optimizing the layout based on various factors, a feasible and optimal plan for system equipment layout is obtained. The proposed optimized configuration method offers a reference solution for addressing issues in manufacturing systems. Research results indicate that the suggested approach, while effectively utilizing manufacturing resources, enables manufacturing systems to respond swiftly to changes in demand.
