| 中文摘要:设计了一种基于S7 300 PLC为控制核心的硅橡胶生产控制系统，采用Win CC组态技术为监控平台。该系统可实现对硅橡胶生产线设备的温度、压力、流量、电流等参数的采集以及故障报警系统的监控。针对此生产线开发的信息采集系统可实现对生产数据的实时记录、存档。应用结果表明，该系统满足现场应用要求，运行稳定可靠。 |

| Application of Automatic Control Technology and Information Collection Technology in Silicone Rubber Production |

| Abstract:This article designs a silicone rubber production control system based on S7 300 PLC as the control core, using Win CC configuration technology as the monitoring platform. This system can collect parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and current of silicone rubber production line equipment, as well as monitor the fault alarm system. The information collection system developed for this production line can achieve real time recording and archiving of production data. The application results indicate that the system meets the on site application requirements and operates stably and reliably. |
