| 中文摘要:在实际运行中,民爆企业的自动化包装线由于环境变化和原料波动等因素的影响,具有复杂的非线性动态变化,导致生产线存在生产效率不稳定问题。为此,提出了基于模糊免疫算法的民爆企业自动化包装线集成控制方法。基于自动化包装线的组成结构和受力特点,计算结构的力学参数,并采用包装线极限承载力特征分析方法,建立包装线结构的力学分析模型。结合控制需求,设计滑膜自适应控制器,并采用模糊免疫算法对控制器的参量进行调整,以优化控制器的性能,进而输出自动化包装线的控制量,实现包装线的集成控制。实验结果表明,利用该方法对自动化包装线进行集成控制后,控制速度能够准确跟踪预设速度,可以保证包装线的产出率超过了87%,提高了生产效率。 |

| Integrated Control Method for Automated Packaging Line of Civil Explosive Enterprises Based on Fuzzy Immune Algorithm |

| Abstract:In actual operation, the automated packaging line of civil explosive enterprises has complex nonlinear dynamic changes due to environmental changes and fluctuations in raw materials, leading to unstable production efficiency in the production line. Therefore, a fuzzy immune algorithm based integrated control method for the automated packaging line of civil explosive enterprises is proposed. Based on the composition structure and force characteristics of the automated packaging line, the mechanical parameters of the structure are calculated, and the analysis method of the ultimate bearing capacity characteristics of the packaging line is adopted to establish a mechanical analysis model of the packaging line structure. Combined with the control requirements, a sliding membrane adaptive controller is designed, and the fuzzy immune algorithm is used to adjust the parameters of the controller to optimize its performance, thereby outputting the control quantity of the automated packaging line and achieving integrated control of the packaging line. The experimental results show that using this method for integrated control of automated packaging lines can accurately track the preset speed, ensuring that the output rate of the packaging line reaches over 87% and improving production efficiency. |
