| 中文摘要:针对目前换流站的运维工作监控工作开展困难、监测数据采集精度低等问题,提出了一种基于红外与可见光测温技术的换流站远距离视觉运维系统。该系统采用电荷耦合器件(Charge Coupled Device,CCD)和互补金属氧化物半导体作为见光传感器,通过设置Visio Studio C#编程语言和SQL Server数据库,实现了换流站开关柜高压线以及上下母排连接点及断路器触点等多个位置的温度在线监测。与此同时,采用基于有限元算法模型进行换流站温度场仿真分析,通过实例试验分析,本方法的拟合曲线具有较低的误差,在1000测点环境下误差占比只有0.4%。 |

| Digital Converter Station Operation Condition Monitoring System and Key Technology Design |

| Abstract:In view of the difficulties in monitoring the operation and maintenance work of the current converter station and the low accuracy of monitoring data acquisition, a remote visual operation and maintenance system of the converter station based on infrared and visible light temperature measurement technology was proposed, which adopted the charge coupled device(CCD) and complementary metal oxide semiconductor as light sensors, through the setting of Visio Studio C# programming language and SQL server database, the converter station switch cabinet high voltage line, upper and lower busbar connection points and circuit breaker contacts and other positions of temperature online monitoring. At the same time, the finite element algorithm model was used to simulate the temperature field of the converter station. Through the case test analysis, the fitting curve of this research method has a low error, and the error ratio is only 0.4% in the environment of 1000 measuring points. |
