中文摘要:为解决发电厂中压开关柜操作误动、信息传输滞后及安全防护不足等问题,本研究提出基于物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)和远距离无线电(Long Range Radio,LoRa)技术的集中式防误终端应用方案。该方案通过部署具备防误逻辑判断功能的终端单元,采用 LoRa 技术构建低功耗广域网(Low-Power Wide-Area Network,LPWAN),实现开关柜状态信息的实时采集与远程监控,并结合电气自动化控制算法与电力电子保护技术,形成多层级安全防护体系。实验数据表明:终端对误操作的识别响应时间≤50ms,较传统方案提升60%;在1km通信范围内,数据传输成功率稳定在99.8%以上;连续运行3000小时无故障,平均无故障工作时间(Mean Time Between Failures,MTBF)达到8760小时,显著提高了中压开关柜运行的安全性与可靠性。

Research on the Application of IoT + LoRa-based Centralized Error Prevention Terminal in Medium-voltage Switchgear
Abstract:To address issues such as misoperation, delayed information transmission and inadequate safety protection in medium-voltage switchgear of power plants, this study proposes an application scheme of centralized error prevention terminal based on Internet of Things (IoT) and Long Range Radio (LoRa) technologies. The scheme deploys terminal units with error prevention logic judgment function, uses LoRa technology to build a Low-Power Wide-Area Network (LPWAN), realizes real-time collection and remote monitoring of switchgear status information, and combines electrical automation control algorithms with power electronic protection technologies to form a multi-level safety protection system. Experimental data show that: the terminal"s recognition and response time to misoperation is ≤50ms, which is 60% faster than the traditional scheme; within a 1km communication range, the data transmission success rate is stably above 99.8%; it runs continuously for 3000 hours without failure, and the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) reaches 8760 hours, which significantly improves the safety and reliability of medium-voltage switchgear operation.
