中文摘要:为提升电网调度通信的智能化水平与运行可靠性,本文提出融合多技术的优化方案并展开研究。方案以软件定义网络(Software Defined Network,SDN)实现通信流量标记与路径调度,结合 IPv6 + 技术构建下一代智能数据通信网,引入 5G 精简功能(Reduced Capability,Red Cap)模组拓展通信途径;同时采用智能优化算法,对网络拓扑、带宽分配及路由策略进行协同优化,达成资源动态调配。实验结果显示,该方案使电网通信网络带宽利用率提升 35%,核心业务响应速度加快 90%,用电高峰时段重要业务丢包率控制在 0.5% 以内,有效推进电网调度通信智能化转型,显著增强电网整体运行效率与服务质量。

Abstract:To enhance the intelligence level and operational reliability of power grid dispatch communication, this paper proposes an optimization scheme that integrates multiple technologies and conducts research. The solution uses Software Defined Network (SDN) to implement communication traffic tagging and path scheduling, combined with IPv6+technology to build the next generation of intelligent data communication network, and introduces 5G Reduced Capability (Red Cap) module to expand communication channels; Simultaneously adopting intelligent optimization algorithms to synergistically optimize network topology, bandwidth allocation, and routing strategies, achieving dynamic resource allocation. The experimental results show that this scheme improves the bandwidth utilization of the power grid communication network by 35%, accelerates the response speed of core services by 90%, controls the packet loss rate of important services within 0.5% during peak electricity consumption periods, effectively promotes the intelligent transformation of power grid dispatching communication, and significantly enhances the overall operational efficiency and service quality of the power grid.
