| 中文摘要:由于车主停车行为不确定性和停车场出入信息不对称性,导致片区式无人停车场的车位利用率不均衡。为此,提出了结合IoT网络的片区式无人停车场车位分配优化算法。采用IoT网络采集停车场车辆的状态信息,并通过编解码操作,将原始车辆状态信息解析为序列数据,从而提取车辆状态变化的时间序列特征,结合IoT模块的云处理数据预测停车场剩余泊位,基于此,以最大化停车位利用率和最小化平均停车时间以及最大化用户满意度作为目标函数,结合停车位数量约束、停车时间约束和停车距离约束等条件构建停车位分配优化模型,并引入模拟退火算法求解模型,以输出最佳分配优化策略。实验结果表明,利用所提算法对研究区域的停车位进行分配优化后,在不同车辆请求数量条件下,停车位的利用率均保持在75%以上,优化效果较好。 |

| Optimization Algorithm for Zonal Unmanned Parking Lot Space Allocation Based on IoT Network |

| Abstract:Due to the uncertainty of car owners’ parking behavior and the asymmetry of access information in the parking lot, the utilization rate of parking spaces in the district style unmanned parking lot is uneven. Therefore, a zone based unmanned parking lot space allocation optimization algorithm combined with IoT network is proposed. Using IoT network to collect the status information of parking lot vehicles, and through encoding and decoding operations, the original vehicle status information is parsed into sequence data to extract the time series characteristics of vehicle status changes. Combined with the cloud processing data of IoT module, the remaining parking spaces in the parking lot are predicted. Based on this, the objective functions are to maximize parking space utilization, minimize average parking time, and maximize user satisfaction. A parking space allocation optimization model is constructed by combining parking space quantity constraints, parking time constraints, and parking distance constraints, and the simulated annealing algorithm is introduced to solve the model to output the optimal allocation optimization strategy. The experimental results show that after optimizing the allocation of parking spaces in the study area using the proposed algorithm, the utilization rate of parking spaces remains above 75% under different vehicle request quantities, indicating a good optimization effect. |
