中文摘要:为实现微电网经济高效运行并减少运行时污染,提出了一种低碳微电网优化调度模型。首先建立含碳捕获装置的微电网模型,实现减少模型碳排放的目标,建立微电网运行维护成本和污染物处理成本最低的目标函数。其次,在标准蜣螂算法中加入差分进化算法、Chebyshev混沌映射、自适应黄金正弦策略进行改进,解决原算法的种群多样性差和局部搜索能力弱的问题。将该算法用于解决微电网经济调度问题,进行仿真实验,并与其他算法的优化结果进行比较。仿真结果表明,基于CD-DBO算法的优化结果均优于其他算法,运行成本最大降幅达到29%,证明了算法的可行性和实用性。

Low-carbon Economic Dispatch in Microgrids Based on a Hybrid Differential Evolution and Dung Beetle Optimization Algorithm
Abstract:To enable cost-effective and eco-friendly microgrid operation, this study proposes a low-carbon optimal scheduling model. A carbon capture-equipped microgrid model is developed to reduce emissions, with an objective function minimizing both operational maintenance and pollution treatment costs. The standard Dung beetle optimizer is enhanced through integration of differential evolution, Chebyshev chaos mapping, and adaptive golden sine strategies, addressing its limitations in population diversity and local search. The resultant CD-DBO algorithm demonstrates superior performance in microgrid scheduling simulations, achieving a maximum 29% operational cost reduction compared to conventional methods. Experimental results confirm its effectiveness in balancing economic and environmental objectives for sustainable energy systems.
