| 中文摘要:双永磁电机负载具有非线性特性,在电机启动和停止时的负载变化程度较大,导致电机转速在正常工作情况下波动剧烈,转速误差较大。为此,设计了负载变化观测下双永磁电机转速趋近律交叉耦合控制方法。建立数学模型对双永磁电机的磁链和转矩进行矢量控制,为后续滑模协调控制奠定基础。将双永磁电机的负载转矩与转子转速当做状态变量,构建双永磁电机的状态方程,从而构建基于滑模控制的负载转矩观测器。引入滑模协调控制与交叉耦合控制结构,设计转速滑膜交叉耦合控制方法,实现基于趋近律的高精度双永磁电机转速滑膜闭环耦合控制。测试结果表明,设计方法在启动过程和突加负载下均表现出优异、稳定的控制性能,转速误差始终较小,具有可行性和鲁棒性。 |

| Research on Speed Approaching Law Control of Dual Permanent Magnet Motor Under Load Variation |

| Abstract:Due to the nonlinear characteristics of the load of the dual permanent magnet motor, the degree of load variation during motor start-up and shutdown is significant, resulting in severe fluctuations in motor speed and large speed errors under normal operating conditions. To this end, a cross coupling control method for the speed approaching law of dual permanent magnet motors under load variation observation is designed. Establish a mathematical model to perform vector control on the magnetic flux and torque of the dual permanent magnet motor, laying the foundation for subsequent sliding mode coordinated control. Using the load torque and rotor speed of the dual permanent magnet motor as state variables, construct the state equation of the dual permanent magnet motor, and thus build a load torque observer based on sliding mode control. Introduce sliding mode coordinated control and cross coupling control structure, design a speed sliding mode cross coupling control method, and achieve high-precision double permanent magnet motor speed sliding mode closed-loop coupling control based on convergence law. The test results show that the design method exhibits excellent and stable control performance during the start-up process and sudden load, with a consistently small speed error and feasibility and robustness. |
