| 中文摘要:柔性焊装夹具涉及多个夹紧点,每个夹紧点夹紧力都受到工件形状变化、环境振动与冲击等因素干扰,导致夹紧力不稳定。为实现柔性焊装夹具多重夹紧力自动控制,高质量完成焊装任务,研究了基于改进联合谱嵌入聚类算法的柔性焊装夹具多重夹紧力自动控制方法。由压力传感器采集夹具各夹紧点夹紧力信号,传输至PLC控制端,PLC控制端利用改进联合谱嵌入聚类算法,聚类识别出异常的夹紧力信号后,驱动基于PID的多重夹紧力自动控制模型,分析夹紧力偏差,调节高速空气开关开度,即可控制夹具气缸进气量或排气量,改变气缸的活塞运动速度和压力,使实际夹紧力逐步接近目标值,实现柔性焊装夹具多重夹紧力自动控制。经测试:经过此方法控制后,焊装工件的变形增量处于±0.5 mm之内,在突加扰动工况中,仍保持多重夹紧力自动控制误差低于0.01 N。 |

| Multi Clamping Force Automatic Control of Flexible Welding Fixtures Based on Improved Joint Spectral Embedding Clustering Algorithm |

| Abstract:Flexible welding fixtures involve multiple clamping points, and the clamping force at each clamping point is affected by factors such as changes in workpiece shape, environmental vibration, and impact, resulting in unstable clamping force. In order to achieve automatic control of multiple clamping forces in flexible welding fixtures and complete welding tasks with high quality, a method for automatic control of multiple clamping forces in flexible welding fixtures based on improved joint spectral embedding clustering algorithm is studied. The clamping force signals of each clamping point of the fixture are collected by pressure sensors and transmitted to the PLC control end. The PLC control end uses an improved joint spectrum embedding clustering algorithm to cluster and identify abnormal clamping force signals. After clustering, it drives a PID based multiple clamping force automatic control model to analyze the clamping force deviation and adjust the opening of the high-speed air switch to control the intake or exhaust volume of the fixture cylinder, change the piston movement speed and thrust of the cylinder, gradually approach the target value, and achieve automatic control of multiple clamping forces of flexible welding fixtures. After testing:being controlled by this method, the deformation increment of the welded workpiece ±0.5mm, and under the sudden disturbance cordition, the automatic control error of multiple clamping force is still kept below 0.01N. |
