| 中文摘要:由于金具通常安装在户外,其缺陷检测工作可能受到外界环境的影响,导致检测结果的精度水平有所不足。为了解决这一问题,设计了基于无人机X光频谱特征的电线金具缺陷无损检测方法。根据X光谱成像的几何放大效应原理确定无人机的电线金具采集点位。通过高斯滤波和拉普拉斯变换的方法处理外界环境导致的边蚀效应影响。分析电线金具的X光频谱特征,判断其缺陷状态。结合电线金具的材料特性以及X射线的衰减特性,实现电线金具的无损检测。经过实践测试,验证了该方法能够有效检测出电线金具的缺陷,且检测结果的精度水平较高,满足电线金具安全运维的工作需求。 |

| Nondestructive Testing of Wire Fittings Defects Based on the X-ray Spectrum Characteristics of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles |

| Abstract:Due to the fact that metal fittings are usually installed outdoors, their defect detection work may be affected by the external environment, resulting in insufficient accuracy of the detection results. To alleviate this problem, a nondestructive testing method for wire fittings defects based on the X-ray spectrum characteristics of drones has been proposed. Determine the collection points for the wire fittings of the drone based on the principle of geometric magnification effect in X-ray imaging. Process the edge erosion effect caused by external environment through Gaussian filtering and Laplace transform. On this basis, analyze the X-ray spectrum characteristics of wire fittings and determine their defect status. By combining the material properties of wire fittings with the attenuation characteristics of X-rays, non-destructive testing of wire fittings can be achieved. After practical testing, it has been verified that this method can effectively detect defects in wire fittings, and the accuracy level of the detection results is high, meeting the work requirements of safe operation and maintenance of wire fittings. |
