| 中文摘要:大型水轮发电机组易受到离散性状态信号的影响,导致故障预警精度偏低。为此,提出了时频录波图谱分析下的大型水轮发电机组故障预警方法。依据水轮机组的运行原理,采用能量算子描述机组的故障瞬时信号,并构造机组故障特征指标集,通过对离散信号的压缩变换以消除其对故障预警结果的干扰,结合时频录波图谱分析方法构建机组故障预警模型,并求取机组运行工况的故障预警上限值,通过比较机组运行参数健康标准值与预警上限值实现机组故障预警。实例应用结果显示,所提方法可以准确检测出水轮机组的故障并实现预警,预警精度较高。 |

| Fault Warning Method for Large Hydroelectric Generator Units Based on Time-frequency Waveform Analysis |

| Abstract:Large hydroelectric generator units are susceptible to the influence of discrete state signals, resulting in low accuracy of fault warning. Therefore, a fault warning method for large hydroelectric generator units is proposed based on time-frequency waveform analysis. Based on the operating principle of water turbine units, an energy operator is used to describe the instantaneous fault signal of the unit, and a set of fault characteristic indicators is constructed. The interference of discrete signals on the fault warning results is eliminated by compressing and transforming them. Combined with the time-frequency waveform analysis method, a fault warning model for the unit is constructed, and the upper limit value of the fault warning under the operating conditions of the unit is calculated. Realize unit fault warning by comparing the health standard values of unit operating parameters with the upper limit values of warning. The application results of the example show that the proposed method can accurately detect faults in water turbine units and achieve early warning with high accuracy. |
