| 中文摘要:针对传统射频识别技术应用于电能计量设备管理时,存在金属环境阻抗失配、多标签堆叠读取效率低、运维管理成本偏高等痛点,本文提出融合新型抗金属标签天线的超高频射频识别智能识别系统。采用双层接地面耦合馈电结构设计标签天线,增设螺旋环形缝隙并完成参数优化,有效拓宽金属环境阻抗匹配带宽,增强辐射性能。搭建感知、传输、应用三层体系架构,感知层引入动态帧时隙防碰撞算法,适配大批量堆叠计量设备快速盘点场景。实验结果表明,该天线回波损耗性能优异,系统标签读取准确率与仓储货架定位成功率表现良好,可大幅提升复杂工况下电能计量资产识别精度与运行可靠性,可为电力物联网规模化落地应用提供实用技术方案。 |

| Intelligent Recognition Technology of Electric Energy Metering Equipment Based on Improved UHF-RFID Anti-Metal Tag Antenna |

| Abstract:Traditional RFID technology applied in electric energy metering equipment management suffers from impedance mismatch in metal environments, low reading efficiency of stacked multiple tags and high operation and maintenance costs. This paper proposes an UHF-RFID intelligent recognition system integrated with a novel anti-metal tag antenna. The tag antenna is designed with double ground plane and coupled feeding structure, and spiral ring slots are arranged with geometric parameters optimized to broaden impedance matching bandwidth and improve radiation performance. A three-layer framework including perception, transmission and application is established, and dynamic framed slotted anti-collision algorithm is adopted at the perception layer to realize rapid inventory of mass stacked metering equipment. Experimental results verify that the proposed antenna has excellent return loss performance, and the system achieves high tag reading accuracy and shelf positioning success rate. The technology effectively improves recognition accuracy and reliability of electric energy metering assets in harsh environments, and provides technical support for large-scale application of power Internet of Things. |
