中文摘要:随着我国人口的增加和工业的急速发展,出现了很严重的生态问题,其中对污水的处理与回收再利用成为了必须解决的问题之一。本文选择BDP作为污水处理工艺,它较其它的污水处理工艺有很大的优势。整个污水处理工艺是基于PLC自动控制系统,可以实现对污水的自动化处理。工控机作为上机位,西门子PLC对设备发出执行信号,通过MCGS组态软件对设备进行实时监控和管理。在显示屏上可以看到各个设备的工作状况,对其进行实时准确的操纵。该系统实现了对污水处理的自动化控制,具有很强的可靠性。

Study on BDP waste water treatment process control system
Abstract:With the increase of population and the rapid development of industry in China, serious ecological problems have emerged, among which the treatment and recycling of sewage has become one of the problems that must be solved. In this paper, BDP is selected as a sewage treatment process, which has a great advantage over other sewage treatment processes. Whole sewage treatment process is based on PLC automatic control system, which can realize the automatic treatment of waste water. As the on-board computer, Siemens PLC sends an executive signal to the equipment and carries out real-time monitoring and management of the equipment through MCGS configuration software. On the display screen, you can see the working status of each device and operate it in real time and accurately. The system realizes automatic control of waste water treatment and has strong reliability.
