| 中文摘要:提出了一种配电线路综合用户停电护函数及用户停电损失估算方法,文章以用户调查为基础,根据线路负荷分布,建立综合用户停电损失函数,构建不同情况下的算法函数和算法模型,通过考虑各类用户的用电量比例等情况,对清远市10kV高田线进行用户停电损失估算。通过算例应用和分析,文章设计的算法具有较好的应用效果,为用户节省了大量的能源,很大程度地提高了电力利用率,该方法对配电网规划建设与运维检修时的经济决策具有一定的参考作用。 |

| Distribution network user power loss estimation method |

| Abstract:This paper proposes a power distribution line integrated user power-off protection function and user power loss estimation method. Based on the user survey, the paper establishes the integrated user power-off loss function according to the line load distribution, and constructs the algorithm function and algorithm model under different conditions. Considering the proportion of electricity consumption of various types of users, the user"s power outage loss estimate for the 10kV high-field line in Qingyuan City is carried out. Through the application and analysis of the example, the algorithm designed by the article has a good application effect, saving a lot of energy for the user and greatly improving the power utilization rate. This method is used for the planning and construction of the distribution network and the maintenance and repair of the distribution network. Economic decision-making has a certain reference role. |
