中文摘要:燃气热水锅炉作为一种以燃气为燃料的供热设备,可以显著降低环境污染,符合社会对清洁能源的日益增强的需求。同时燃气锅炉系统是复杂非线性的多输入多输出系统,其中燃烧控制系统是锅炉运行中至关重要的组成部分。本文对某小型燃气热水锅炉系统进行了研究,建立了锅炉的系统模型,设计了基于STM32F407单片机的锅炉燃烧控制系统,并且根据其特点,设计了模糊自整定PID控制算法。由仿真对比实验表明,本文中设计的控制方法表现出稳定的性能,在超调量和调节时间等控制性能方面均优于传统的PID控制方法。

Research on control methods of gas hot water boiler combustion control system
Abstract:As a heating equipment using gas as fuel, gas hot water boiler can significantly reduce environmental pollution and meet society's increasing demand for clean energy. At the same time, the gas boiler system is a complex nonlinear multiple-input multiple-output system, in which the combustion control system is a crucial component in boiler operation. This paper takes the small gas-fired hot water boiler system as the research object, establishes a system model of the boiler, designs a boiler combustion control system based on STM32F407 microcontroller, and designs a fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm based on its characteristics.Simulation and comparative experiments show that the control method designed in this paper has stable behavior and is better than the traditional PID control method in terms of control performance such as overshoot and adjustment time.
