中文摘要:针对现有电气控制系统控制能力不足的问题,基于物联网和PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术设计出一种公共建筑电气控制系统。该系统选用S3C2440A芯片作为中央处理器,通过模糊PID控制方法实现电力设备的能源管理,引入改进粒子群算法优化管理效果;并通过射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术进行电气系统的精准故障分析预测,大幅提高系统预测效率。在实验中,该控制系统节能效果提高约50%,效率提高约41.18%,预测效率平均提高35.23%。该系统有效提高了对公共建筑中电力设备的控制能力。

Design and application of electrical control system for public buildings based on Internet of Things and PLC
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of insufficient control ability of existing electrical control systems, a public building electrical control system based on the Internet of Things and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology is designed. The system uses S3C2440A chip as the central processor, realizes the energy management of power equipment by fuzzy PID control method, and introduces improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the management effect. And through Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for accurate fault analysis and prediction of electrical systems, greatly improve the efficiency of system prediction. In the experiment, the energy saving effect of the control system is increased by about 50%, the efficiency is increased by about 41.18%, and the prediction efficiency is increased by 35.23% on average. The system can effectively improve the control ability of power equipment in public buildings.
